Mental health is a cause that’s very close to my heart. I’ve seen firsthand the impact it can have on families and friends, and I’m determined to make a difference. That’s why I’ve decided to participate in the Boulder Half Ironman Triathlon to raise funds for the Pediatric Mental Health Institute at Children's Hospital Colorado.
The challenge of a 70.3 Ironman is no small feat. It involves a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run. It’s a true test of physical and mental endurance, and it’s my way of showing solidarity with children who face mental health challenges every day.
Your support will not only motivate me to complete this triathlon but, more importantly, it will provide crucial help to children struggling with mental health issues. Together, we can make a difference.
