My brother Trevor was diagnosed with brain cancer at age 12. He battled cancer for two years before passing away. During that time the Children's Hospital provided more than medical care to Trevor. They gave hope, empathy, emotional support, and joy, just to name a few. Beyond the support Trevor received, I was cared for throughout the process. Children's Hospital cares for patients and families in equal measures. As a sibling of a former patient, the Hospital staff guided me through Trevor's journey just as they did for him.
