I know one thing that I will have in common with my bike at the end of the ride. We'll both be two tired.
This year I am once again riding to support Children's Hospital of Colorado and all the wonderful things they do. This is my second year riding in the Courage Classic and I plan to go all in with this challenge to show my support. Specifically, I will be riding for Angel. Angel is a smart and loving boy who has been so brave. He had his first surgery at 10 days old, and after 2 additional surgeries and support from family and the staff at CHCO he has been at home and off of oxygen for 9 months, getting to enjoy trips to the parks, express his love for dinosaurs and animals, and play outside.
I'm asking all my friends, family, and CHCO supporters to join me in supporting all the kids and families, like Angel, that receive care at Children’s. Any donation, large or small, can help me reach my goal of raising $500.
The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to support positive outcomes and healthier futures for children.
