This July, I will ride in my Fourth annual Children's Hospital Courage Classic Bike Ride. The Courage Classic route spans 80 miles and over 6,500 feet of climbing through the Colorado Rockies. The Courage Classic is an event to raise awareness for pediatric illnesses and to provide Children's Hospital the resources to keep healthy and active.
I ride for the Psyched to Climb team, which is focused on raising resources and awarenes for Pediatric mental health. With today's barrage of social media, information at one's finger tips, and a heightened sense of competition in every facet of our children's lives, we need to help support children with mental health challenges.
The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to support positive outcomes and healthier futures for children.
Please consider donating to this great cause to help spread awareness about pediatric illnesses and to fundraise for Children's Hospital and its patients.
