The Courage Classic is back for 2024 and we need your support more than ever.
For the 2024 Courage Classic, I am again riding with the Children's Hospital Colorado team "Gears of Courage". This will be my 11th ride for the children of Colorado, the seven state region that we serve, and beyond! I am looking forward to once again riding the beautiful mountains of Colorado with the purpose of raising funds to support the mission of Children's Hospital Colorado.
I am participating in the 2024 Courage Classic for kids, to help improve the lives of kids and to help kids be kids for as long as they are kids, with the simple, outrageous goal, to heal every child that comes through our doors.
I began working for Children's Hospital Colorado in January 2016. Little did I know (Although I had a pretty good idea) of how I would be impacted personally to work with an organization committed to pediatric health. Inspiration can be found here...every day. The resiliency of our kids and the strength of our families are to be regarded as heroic. While most of our outcomes are positive, it is those life altering events in the life a child and family, that bring with them the greatest challenges. The resiliency of a child, The strength of a family, the depth and breadth of expertise of the Children's Hospital Colorado team, are all positive reinforcement of why "Here, It's different".
