Hello! Thanks for visiting my page.
Beyond stoked to be riding for Keller Robertson again this year!
Huge thank you to Keller's parents Sarah and Drew for the Honor and opportunity.
Keller Robertson is a vivacious 4 1/2-year-old from Denver. Shortly after he was born, he was diagnosed with a ventricular septal defect (VSD). Alongside our wonderful cardiologist, Dr. Christopher Rausch, we monitored the VSD and remained hopeful that the hole would repair and close itself. Unfortunately, after three years of diligent monitoring, in February 2021 a corrective procedure was recommended to give Keller the best chance of a normal life and a “perfect” heart. Keller had open heart surgery to repair the hole between his bottom two ventricles on March 24 th, 2021.
Dr. Matthew Stone and his team performed the miraculous surgery, and the Children’s Hospital staff took excellent care of him before, during, and in recovery. After surgery, he has seemed to “find another gear” and approaches each day with an insane amount of positive energy. Kids are so resilient and amazing, and Keller is no exception. He is an awesome big brother to his two younger brothers and just finished preschool!!
The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to support positive outcomes and healthier futures for children.
Thank you again so much for visiting and please consider donating if you can. Every effort is appreciated - Anything helps!!
Thank you thank you thank you!
