Dear Friends,
Many of you have heard me talk about Cooper, a friend of my son’s and Cooper’s mom is a dear friend of mine. Cooper’s passing was a loss of a fabulous kid, and created a lasting scar for his friends and family.
Cooper had a DIPG tumor in his brain stem at age 12 - he fought hard and faced physical, emotional and spiritual challenges no child should have to face. Despite his amazing strength and spirit, and the support of his amazing community, he did not survive.
The type of brain tumor Cooper had currently has a ZERO percent survival rate. We are approaching five years since Cooper's passing, and I would like to see this change.
I have ridden the Courage Classic for the last three years and am excited to ride again to support a great resource for kids in Colorado All money raised will support of cancer research and the exceptional care Cooper and other children receive at Children’s Hospital.
I would greatly appreciate your contribution - we ride in July - I'd greatly appreciate your support in reaching my $1,500 goal. Any amount will help.
I look forward to letting you know about our fundraising success!
