I ride to give hope to our local 4 Corners community by helping our families receive the best medical and mental health attention they deserve. I love where we live. I love the beautiful scenery, the numerous days of sunshine, the beautiful mountains and rivers to play in, and I love the people of my community, but living here comes with a sacrifice in proximity to specialized care. I serve our local families daily by helping support and treat their mental health. However, sometimes my care and the care of my colleagues is not enough, and our kids need more in-depth care from a specialist or a specialty location. This care involves travel to the front range where specialist and special residential programs are available. But travel means expenses! Our Durango Derailer fund helps relieve the stress of the costs of receiving care on the front range. It can provide gas, food, and hotel vouchers so that our families can focus on their child, and not have to worry about how they are going to afford the gas to drive them there or how they are going to afford a place to sleep while they are there supporting their child. Please help me in raising money for our local kids. We are serving more families than ever, and the need continues to grow!
