Over the years I have been a nurse to many babies! Babies who may have just needed a little phototherapy, or babies who may have had a rougher start than that. Why I love being a NICU nurse is because I get to see these resilient babies get better, go home, and grow up to live normal lives.
This year I'm riding in the Courage Classic again to support the NICU and Children's Hospital Colorado. I will be riding between 120 miles to 160 miles (haven't decided what routes I'm riding yet), over the course of two days throughout the mountains surrounding Copper. I will be completing this ride with my NICU team, Spinning Spokes For The Littlest Of Folks as well as many other teams from different units of the hospital. My father who some of you may know will also be riding with me for the NICU team :)
