I am riding in the Courage Classic to raise money for Children's Hospital of Colorado.
Our experience with Children's goes back to when Rosalie was 3 days old and failing to thrive. Children’s kept Rosalie alive during the first few weeks of her life. As soon as we stepped into the hospital a nurse immediately gave 3 day old Rosalie oxygen. She was on oxygen for the next few months. Eleven years later Rosalie had a 2.5 hour surgery at Children's to open her right nostril that had been closed since birth due to choanal atresia. Her endurance and concentration increased dramatically after that.
This fall Rosalie starts an internship at Children's through Project SEARCH. I love Children's and all they have done for so many children. Please support me in any way you see fit. Thank you for being part of my village.
