This July, I'll be riding in the Courage Classic with Team Climb for Coop to help raise money for Children's Hospital Colorado and childhood cancer research.
I'm honored to be riding with Climb for Coop in memory of Cooper Deming, who passed away from DIPG, an aggressive and incurable pediatric brain tumor, at just 12 years old. Cooper never stopped fighting, and neither does this team.
Every dollar raised by Climb for Coop goes directly to DIPG research at Children's Hospital Colorado. Thanks to a generous private donor, every dollar raised will be matched, establishing the new Cooper Deming DIPG Research Fund, doubling the impact of every contribution. For decades, radiation therapy was the only available treatment for DIPG, offering temporary relief but no path to long-term survival. Thankfully, that picture is changing with technology to target DIPG with personalized, precision treatments that weren't possible before. This is the most exciting moment in DIPG research ever. There has never been a better time to join us. Ride with us! Donate!
If you're able, I'd be incredibly grateful for a donation of any amount. Every dollar truly makes a difference, and with the matching gift, your support goes twice as far.
Thank you for supporting me as I take on this ride and, more importantly, for helping me ride for Cooper and for every child and family affected by childhood cancer.
