I am supporting the Children's Hospital Foundation and riding in the Courage Classic this year. On April 12, 2025, our beautiful granddaughter Lucy Grace Lilly was born into our lives. We were not expecting her until the middle of July, but that was not God's plan. At 26 weeks, she weighed only 1 lb 6 oz, and could fit in our hand. She turns 1 year old in just a few days, thanks to God's grace and healing hand and the hard work and love she has received by countless healthcare professionals at Children's Hospital. We feel so blessed to have Lucy in our lives and look forward to the day she graduates from the NICU and comes home. She still has a ways to go, so the fight is not over, just like it's not over for so may young kids at Children's. This is why I'm riding in Lucy's honor with the NICU team and asking for your prayers, heartfelt wishes, and support so that Children's can continue providing the best healthcare on the planet to so many young kids that desperately need it.
