I plan on riding in the 2026 Courage Classic Bicycle Tour next weekend to support the Anna & John J. Sie Center for Down Syndrome at Children's Hospital Colorado.
I am excited for my first ride in the Rocky Mountains, cycling the Copper Mountain Summit on Saturday July 18, and the Vail Pass Express on Sunday July 19.
As you may know, I am a member of the Sie Center Development Board, which is tasked with awareness and fundraising for the Sie Center.
I benefited from excellent medical care provided at the Sie Center as a patient for many years.
I now work at Children’s Hospital in Food Services. Both the Sie Center and Children’s Hospital are a big part of my life.
This is why I am excited to ride with Global Down Syndrome Foundation’s Dare to Ride Team and raise money to support the Sie Center.
My goal is to raise $1,200.00. I am asking for your help reaching that goal with your donation of $31.00, which represents one dollar for each mile I ride.
As part of Global’s Dare to Ride team, we aim to raise $50,000 each year. Over the years, Global’s Dare to Ride Team has raised more than $500k, which allows the Sie Center serve
kids and families in our community who depend on this world-renowned center for Down syndrome clinical primary, specialty care and life changing research.
Thank you for your time, and I appreciate your generosity and support.
Daniel
