I am so excited to be riding in the Courage Classic for the first time! I have never trained for anything like this before in my life; not a 5k, nothing. I have enjoyed exploring Colorado Springs by bike and I'm so proud of the progress I've made thus far. But most importantly I'm so grateful for the opportunity to raise money for such an amazing organization! I have worked as an audiologist at CHCO for about 5 years and you'd be hard pressed to get me to leave. I love my team, our Rehab department (OT, PT, Speech, & Audiology), and the incredible work we get to do every day with kiddos and their families helping them reach their fullest potential!
As part of the Rehabilitation Cycling Club Team, monies raised go towards helping kids with disabilities participate in recreational activities!
