I am riding the Colorado Children's Hospital's Courage Classic bike ride again this year. This year I am hoping to ride up to the Continental divide at Loveland Pass at 11990 ft. I will be satisfied if I only make it to Arapaho basin at 10780ft, satisfied but not necessarily happy! The ride to the Loveland Pass is 63 miles and 4576 ft of climbing. Loveland Pass, or even Arapaho Basin, is one of my bucket list rides as was last years' Copper Triangle ride. I don't feel that I am strong enough to do both Loveland Pass and the Copper Triangle in one weekend so on day 1 I am planning to ride to Vail and back, 42 miles 3777 ft climbing with a high point of 10627ft.
Suprise, suprise - I am looking for sponsorship for this Charity. I have joined family friend, John Webb's, Team Second Wind. Team Second have a long history with the Courage Classic and have raised over $100,000 in the last 13 years so help us support this worthy charity!
Thanks
