This summer may bring challenges (expensive gas and hot temperatures, anyone?) but we're looking forward to July and riding the Courage Classic in the cool of the mountains around Vail! Gentry rode 80 miles with the die-hards last year and is looking to repeat! Diane and Kai are hoping to complete a 40-mile ride and Elias and Matt are still deciding their plans. But however it ends up, we're going to have fun and be thankful for our good health, gorgeous mountains and the best kids hospital around!
Children's Colorado is a great hospital for many reasons-- one of which is our fabulous Anesthesia team! We're the Dream Team, of course! We work hard every day to help kids through surgeries, procedures, imaging appointment and cancer treatments. When we're not watching over children, many anesthesia providers and their families are riding in this event! Our family is proud to put our hearts (and our strong legs!) into this ride. Our family fundraising goal is $1500 (500 per adult, 125 per kid, and a little extra for good measure!) and we appreciate your support!
