I’m so excited to share that after months of training, I’m gearing up once again for the Courage Classic ride — my 8th year! This ride means a lot to me, because it supports something incredibly important: Youth Mental Health.
At Children’s Hospital Colorado, amazing doctors and staff are working nonstop to help kids who are struggling with mental health challenges. But the truth is, funding for these programs is still far too low, and so many young people are left without the support they need. That’s why our community matters so much.
This year, I’m riding with the Psyched to Climb team to raise awareness, break down stigma, and help make sure kids get the care they deserve. We ride because we believe every child should have access to hope, healing, and support.
