Why I ride
I started this ride to get kids like Kelsey (not a kid anymore) a chance at a real life. Twenty-four years ago, Kelsey and her mother were just getting out of Children's Hospital from a bone marrow transplant. We decided a way to give back was to ride in the Courage Classic. Kelsey's Mother and I are still riding today. This will be our 24th year riding...realistically...it could be our 25th...but we are getting older though the years and can't remember?! LOL
I have raised over $19,000.00 in the past 24ish years. The team we ride with has raised over $6.5 Million in the past 20 years. Help us to keep the fight going. The money our team raises goes directly to the blood and cancer floor. We support their supports and research that is saving kids daily.
