I plan to ride again in the Courage Classic consisting of ~ 130 miles over multiple beautiful Colorado Mountain passes to help the kids of Colorado Children Hospital. As many who know me are aware, I was born with chronic bronchial asthma which resulted in my frequent hospitalization in downtown Denver's Children's Hospital for extended periods of time. Even though I was frequently uncomfortable in a cold & lonely oxygen tent, I was well treated by the doctors, nurses and staff while there. I still have fond memories of them all and the special care I received at Children's.
Soon after moving back to Denver, I became aware of the Courage Classic Tour to support Children's Hospital Colorado. I participated in my first ride 18 years ago in 2008 and have raised over $22,000 for Children's while participating in most of the tours since. Please support my ride and the efforts of all those who volunteered and participated in this year's ride to raise funds to support Children's Colorado and all the fine and often lifesaving work they do!
God Bless you for your support!
