This year, I'm hopping on a bike to ride the Courage Classic, and I am participating in this fundraiser to raise money for participants of Children’s Colorado Burn Camp program!
Our team’s hope is to give children who have sustained a burn injury, and their families, the ability and courage to thrive throughout their recoveries and beyond by offering inspiration, rehabilitation, and shared experiences in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. 150 burn survivors get to experience the joys of camp for free every year thanks to donations. Join us in raising much-needed funds to ensure any child who has sustained a burn injury has the opportunity to attend one of our Burn Camp programs.
Since its inception in 1983, the burn camp program is designed to meet the specific needs of children who have sustained a burn injury by providing a residential camp program with world-class medical care from professional camp staff, dedicated staff from referring burn units, and community service partners. Burn Camp is more important now than ever!
