I am proud to ride the Courage Classic for Wheels of Justice. This is my first year riding the 120 miles in the Colorado mountains for Children’s Hospital Colorado.
This year, the Wheels team is riding for Martha, who rode Courage for 7 years after metastatic cancer diagnosis. Here is Martha's bio from her St Baldrick's page:
Diagnosed with Metastatic Ewing Sarcoma when she was 13, Martha faced her cancer diagnosis and the next 7 years of treatment with remarkable courage and her trademark sense of humor. She dedicated much of her time and energy during those years to find better treatment options and a cure for other young people like herself. Martha's legacy is one of strength, courage, and love.
