Juliette, Children's Hospital Colorado patient
Juliette was diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy at 4 months old. She had a bradycardia arrest and had to be put on ECMO. She was on ECMO for 16 days and had a stroke on the left side of her brain, affecting the right side of her body. She was put on the transplant list and then put on a L-VAD so she could bridge to transplant. After 291 days on the list she got her hero heart! She has been thriving after transplant and is enjoying being outside of hospital exploring, being a toddler!
