These are all things that each child that gets treated at Children's Hospital in Denver each has in spades. Overcoming challenges that are unseen to most, facing these moments with incredible grace and strength.
Next weekend I ride with the "Dare to Ride" team supporting the Sie Center for Down syndrome at Children's Hospital, in the Courage Classic in Copper Mountain, Colorado. 80 miles with roughly 7k in elevation gain on the first day. 45 miles on the second.
I ride to give hope to Children's patients like our daughter who was born with Down syndrome. The Sie Center is one of the worlds best, developing research and patient treatment that has impact globally.
I ride for my daughter who has become an amazing 4 year old with a blossoming personality, infectious smile and laugh, and determination to learn and grow that motivate me to be better.
The last few years we have seen friends and family support us with selfless generosity.
Your support of our family throughout the last few years has been inspiring. Donations will go directly to the Sie Center. Company 2:1 matching will apply as Children's and the Courage Classic are 501c3 orgs.
