This July, I’m riding in my first Courage Classic—an unforgettable cycling event through the Colorado mountains—all in support of a cause close to my heart: pediatric mental health.
I’m proud to ride with Psyched to Climb, a passionate team working to break the stigma around youth mental health and raise critical funds for Children’s Hospital Colorado. As a member of the Champions of Philanthropy fundraising committee, I’ve seen firsthand the hospital’s commitment to turning despair into hope, and statistics into action.
And the statistics are heartbreaking. Colorado has declared youth mental health a statewide emergency. Suicide remains one of the leading causes of death for children and teens in our state. Kids are in crisis—and they need our help.
Children’s Hospital Colorado is responding with innovation, compassion, and urgency. From expanding access to care, to integrating mental health support in schools and primary care clinics, they’re rewriting the future for kids across the region.
But they can’t do it alone.
Your donation—no matter the size—makes a real difference. It funds therapy sessions, crisis support, and groundbreaking programs that give kids the tools to heal and thrive. And it reminds them they’re not alone.
Help me turn miles into meaning. Let’s climb for courage. Let’s ride for hope. And most importantly—let’s fight for our kids’ futures.
Donate today and help break the stigma.
