I am supporting the Courage Classic for patients like Gabby.
Gabby was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart syndrome and KMD6A2 (Type 2 Kabuki Syndrome). She got her first open surgery (Norwood) at 5 days old and second open heart surgery at 5 months old (The Glenn). She had a rocky post Glenn recovery but is currently thriving at home in Montana. Gabby just graduated speech therapy and continues to make progress in Feeding, Occupational and Physical therapy. Her family isn't sure if the Fontan or a heart transplant is Gabby’s next step in her journey so they continue to take it all day by day! Their mantra for her is Win The Day :).
