Dear Family and Friends,
I am riding the Courage Classic alongside my Wheels of Justice teammates to support the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. This is my ninth ride and the path ahead is as meaningful — and urgent — as ever.
I ride to fight against chidhood cancer, to lift up families navigating unimaginable challenges, and to honor the memories of children who continue to inpsire us with their courage.
I ride for Martha Riedel, a remarkable young woman, and Wheels of Justice teammate, who passed away at the age of 20 after a seven-year battle with metastatic Ewing sarcoma.
Even while facing relentless treatments, Martha poured her nergy into helping others. She advocated for better therapies and research for kids like her. Her courage and love continue to ripple outward, and we ride for her - for her legacy, for her family, and for the work she asked us to carry forward.
I ride for every child still fighting, and for every family holding on to hope.
