I believe that most of you know about my involvement and commitment to Children's Hospital Colorado. I have had the privilege to serve on the Board of the Hospital for a little over eleven years and I am currently serving as the of Chair of the Board. This is such an honor and I am grateful for the opportunity, as Children's is an amazing resource for our community with nation-leading outcomes, and I get the privilege to work with an exceptional team of people.
I love the concept of investing in child health and the benefit that this has not only for those receiving exception care, but for the long-term benefits to lifelong health, and to our community. The passion and commitment of the Leadership team, the staff, and the physician partners is pretty amazing. The leadership that the Hospital demonstrates in children’s health is visible in our outcomes, the investment in research and innovation, and leadership in helping drive awareness and advocacy for children’s health on a local and national level.
