Why I ride
I started this ride to get kids like Kelsey (not a kid anymore) a chance at a real life. Twenty-four years ago, Kelsey and her mother were just getting out of Children's Hospital from a bone marrow transplant. We decided a way to give back was to ride in the Courage Classic. Kelsey's Mother and I are still riding today. This will be our 24th year riding.
I have raised over $17,000.00 in the past 23 years. The team we ride with has raised over $6 Million in the past 19 years. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the team starting their journey. Every year we honor a child/family to remember why we do this. This year, we are dedicating our ride to the memory of an amazing young lady who will be forever 20. We hope to break $7 Million in her honor.
Please help in making this a memorable year!
Thank you all for reading my story!
