Team Metamorphosis is riding to transform the lives of individuals affected by epidermolysis bullosa, also known as EB.
EB is a group of rare, genetic disorders characterized by fragility of the skin and mucous membranes. Minor trauma leads to blisters, wounds, and other health complications. Those with EB are sometimes called "Butterfly Children" because their skin is as delicate as a butterfly's wings.
Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO) is home to one of the few EB Centers of Excellence in the United States. Our providers and partners are committed to improving the health and quality of life of individuals with EB through outstanding patient care, research, education, and advocacy.
Help Team Metamorphosis elevate the work of the EB Center at CHCO. Your support amplifies our efforts to promote awareness about EB, improve care, and fund impactful research to transform outcomes for patients with EB.
