I am choosing to ride in the courage classic again to raise money for the EB family fund at Children’s hospital of Colorado. You probably know that the incredible medical care I have received for almost 22 years has been at the specialty EB clinic at the children’s hospital of Colorado. This clinic has been vital to my quality of life. As people with EB are now living longer and longer it is critical to form clinics that specialize in care for EB adults, and that is exactly what is happening in Colorado. In addition to starting and EB clinic for adults they are bringing in an incredible to EB dermatologist that brings so much to the table. This fund also helps make Camp spirit possible for me when I was younger and my siblings now.
