I am thrilled to announce my participation in the Wheels of Justice Team, dedicated to raising funds for the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD) at Children's Hospital Colorado.
My journey with Wheels of Justice began through a personal connection when my cousin Koby was diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor, in March 2016, when I was only 2 years old. Despite his challenging battle, Koby's vibrant spirit brought joy to everyone around him. He remains my hero for his ability to spread laughter during his toughest moments, a time that was not only hard for him but for our entire family. Sadly, Koby passed away on Jan 19, 2018, shortly after his bar mitzvah. His passing united our family and taught us the value of embracing life to the fullest. Today, I stand committed to supporting the patients and families at Children’s Hospital Colorado.
Last year marked my introduction to the Courage Classic event, where I enthusiastically supported my family in Denver as they rode in memory of Koby, a tradition I've cherished for years. Inspired by my cousin Micah, I am taking part in the ride this year to bring hope to patients at Children’s Hospital Colorado and to honor the legacy of my cousin Koby.
