JonCarlo, Children's Hospital Colorado patient
I am honored to ride in support of Children’s Hospital Colorado patients like JonCarlo.
JonCarlo was diagnosed with Restrictive Cardiomyopathy when he was 8. He has been going to Children's Colorado twice a year for most of his life. In 2023 his condition worsened and it was suggested for him to get listed for a Heart Transplant. He was admitted in June 2023 and stayed inpatient for three months until September, when he received an offer and the transplant. Now, JonCarlo is back at home, finishing up his school year, and doing great!
