My Grandson Drake was diagnosed with Leukemia (AML) at 6 weeks old. He completed many rounds of chemo and a bone marrow transplant at Children's Hospital Colorado. At age 3 now, Super Drake is thriving and running hard with his big brothers Theo and Mack.
The look on Drake's face during his journey will always leave a lasting impression on me. I could see him continually fighting but beat down at the same time. Such a helpless feeling for a family and one I certainly hope you don't have to go through if your lifetime.
