I am riding in memory of Sawyer, a Children’s Hospital Colorado patient, and for the ongoing support for his family to help them continue to recover from Sawyer’s untimely departure from this world.
"Sawyer was born 11/03/2021 and had Heterotaxy Syndrome with several cardiac defects. He underwent his first surgery at 6 days old, which led to many complications and further operations. He fought for almost 2 months to recover but he had sustained multiple organ injuries caused by capillary leak syndrome through this long journey and passed away on 12/23/2021."
