I ride to give hope to Children’s Hospital Colorado patients like Dominik.
Dominik was born with two congenital heart defects, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and Ebstein's Anomaly. Dominik underwent two heart transplants as an infant; having his first heart transplant at 2 months old and his second heart transplant at 14 months. He is now a thriving 6 year old who just graduated from kindergarten and will be starting first grade next year. He is happy and filled with the joy of life. He loves being with his family, traveling and enjoying all kinds of outside adventures such as camping, hiking, biking and swimming. He has an infectious smile and loves to keep those around him laughing with his great sense of humor.
