Thanks for visiting my courage classic fundraising page! I am super excited to be tackling the 80 mile bike ride in the mountains of Colorado again this July to raise money for the Heart Institute at Children's Hospital Colorado.
This year, I am riding in honor of a very special patient of mine, Elleigh. Elleigh was born with a critical congenital heart disease where the left side of her heart did not develop correctly. Because of these defects, she has already undergone 3 open heart surgeries even though she is only 7 months old. She is the definition of a heart warrior - tenacious, strong, and resilient. She is supported by her two amazing parents who have spend every minute by her side in Denver, despite home being over 450 miles away.
I am riding this year to raise money and awareness for patients and families affected by congenital heart disease. The money we raise will go straight to these kids and their families to provide lodging, food, and other support. Thank you SO MUCH for considering donating to this awesome cause!
