2024 Courage Classic Bicycle Tour: Mrs. Kimberly M. Eisenbarth - Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation

This will be my 7th time riding in Courage Classic to support patients I so passionately care for.

I am riding for two patients on my heart.

The son of a good friend of mine was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in the fall of 2023. After 7 months of chemo, and an orthopedic surgery to fit this type of cancer, my friend's son is preparing to attend his Jr. year of High School.

I am also riding for a patient whome I provided wound care for. This patient and family touched my heart the minute I met them. Even with the challenges of a long admission and the discomfort with dressing changes related to a complicated wound this family and patient always put a big smile on my face.

The Courage Classic is not only a personal challenge, but also an opportunity to support positive outcomes and healthier futures for children.

However, teams which reach a certain fundraising threshold may designate the gifts they raise to support a specific Children's Hospital Colorado program or service line.
