We lost our son to mitochondrial disease eight years ago. The impact that Children’s Hospital had on Luke’s life and ours was and is profound. Children’s Hospital became, and is still, a very important part of our lives.
I am honored to again be a part of this amazing team and event. Our team, Summits for Samantha is the reason there is Mitochondrial Research and care in the Rocky Mountain Region. I ride to tell Luke’s story, so that out of our tragedy we can bring hope for others.
