I ride for Ava and Austin and for all the other children at Children’s Hospital Colorado!
Ava is joining me again this year and we are going to tackle the 24-mile ride in Copper Mountain! Ava and Austin were both born with PKU - A metabolic condition in which they are required to eat a special low protein diet. Most foods have to be cooked from scratch and they have to weigh and calculate phe in most foods they eat. This is a life long condition and we can't say enough about all the support we've received from Children's Hospital over the last 10 years!
