Over the years, I have been a nurse to many babies! Being a NICU nurse has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Watching these little fighters grow and thrive, often against the odds, is a daily reminder of the resilience of the human spirit.
This year I am proud to ride in the Courage Classic to support the NICU and Children's Hospital Colorado. I will be riding 120 miles, over the course of two days, throughout the mountains surrounding Copper. I will be completing this ride with my NICU team, “Spinning Spokes For The Littlest Of Folks,” as well as many other teams from different units of the hospital. This year marks my fifth tour! Each year I am inspired by the generosity and support you guys continue to give me. Every mile we ride brings hope and healing to the tiniest patients and their families.
