I ride to give hope to Children’s Hospital Colorado patients like Luisa.
Dr. Mark Twite will be riding with his son, Oliver, 17yrs old, to conquer the Copper Triangle Loop (79 miles) including Vail Pass, to help the Heart Institute at Children's Hospital Colorado conquer congenital heart disease!
Luisa is 2.5 years old. She was diagnosed at 5 days old with a few heart defects. Luisa had open heart surgery at 7 days old. It was a very rough start to life.
Since then, she has had ups/downs with her health. Luisa never lets her health issues keep her down. She is very strong, smart and happy. Luisa loves to be active and enjoys being outside any chance she gets.
Funds raised by the Cardiac Climbers are used within the Heart Institute - please join us in donating!
The Courage Classic is an opportunity to support positive outcomes and healthier futures for kids like Luisa.
Thank you for making a contribution!
