Why I ride
I started this ride because of my nephew Cash. In October 2012 doctors discovered a 2" tumor in his brain. After surgery and chemo he continues to thrive. There are countless stories like this of families that have benefitted from the care of Children’s Hospital. One of the joys I get is seeing those kids and their family's along the route and in the village at Copper.
I continue this ride because I have a strong belief that we should give back to our community and I happen to love riding my bike. The Courage Classic is perfect for me, a chance to raise money and ride my bike. Now it's your turn.
My goal is to raise at least $2000 and I need your help. It's as easy as grabbing your credit card and clicking on the big "Donate to My Ride" button. You pay, I sweat and in the end the kids and their families at Children's Hospital are the winners. Courage Classic fundraising supports the Children's Fund for Children's Hospital Colorado and the Hospital Sports Program.
