Why I Ride

In 1987, my sister-in-law Tina received a life-changing back surgery from Children's. I feel the Courage Classic is just one way I can give back to the Hospital. This will be my 26th year riding Courage and I hope to ride many more.

I hope you will support my teammates and me in this incredible endeavor. As in past years, I will ride as many miles as possible. This year, the route takes me over Fremont, Tennessee, and Vail passes all in one day and the second day is a bit shorter but climbs Loveland Pass.

However, teams which reach a certain fundraising threshold may designate the gifts they raise to support a specific Children's Hospital Colorado program or service line.
