As an avid hiker and passionate advocate for children's mental health—especially in light of the growing impact of social media—I believe deeply in the importance of early intervention, compassionate care, and empowering kids to thrive. Every step we take on the mountain is a step toward hope, healing, and a brighter future for our youth.

Whether I am climbing 14,000 feet to the summit of Mt. Bierstadt, or participating in the climb virtually, I am taking the challenge to honor children with much bigger mountains to climb.
